The countdown is on for one of Thailand’s most anticipated culinary events. Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has unveiled the official program for the 25th Annual World Gourmet Festival, set to run from September 22 to 28, 2025. This milestone edition, marking a quarter-century of fine-dining excellence, is shaping up to be the festival’s grandest celebration yet.

Over the course of seven days, Bangkok will transform into the heart of the global gastronomy scene, welcoming world-renowned chefs, acclaimed restaurants, and rising culinary stars. With tickets already in high demand, this Silver Jubilee promises to be an extraordinary convergence of talent, creativity, and culture.

A Global Lineup of Culinary Greats

This year’s roster is its most distinguished to date, boasting:

  • 16 Michelin-starred restaurants, with a combined 22 Michelin stars.
  • 4 Green Star honorees, highlighting sustainability in fine dining.
  • 7 restaurants ranked on The World’s 50 Best and Asia’s 50 Best lists.
  • Global award winners, including World’s Best Female Chef 2025, Asia’s Best Female Chef 2025, and Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2025.

The festival will once again feature its renowned trio of evening experiences:

  • Gourmet Icons – exclusive solo tasting menus from global masters.

Beyond the Plate

Daytime events will enrich the program with masterclasses, wine tastings, cocktail sessions, panel talks, and interactive workshops, designed not only for diners but also for aspiring professionals and food enthusiasts. A glittering opening night gala and a closing brunch at Parichart Court will frame the week-long celebration.

Each of Anantara Siam’s signature venues will host unique dining experiences:

  • Shintaro – creations by Choi Ming Fai Jan, Jimmy Ophorst, and Peter Cường Franklin.
  • Madison – collaborations such as Dave Pynt with Prin Polsuk, and Ton Tassanakajohn with Vaughan Mabee.
  • Biscotti – avant-garde menus by Grégoire Berger, Francesco Stara, and Pam Soontornyanakij.
  • Spice Market – a rare six-hands dinner with Eric Vildgaard and the Sühring twins.
  • Guilty – bold flavors from Paco Méndez, Francisco Araya, and Santiago Fernandez, alongside Deepanker Khosla and Tam Debhakam.
  • The Lobby Lounge – a showcase of world-class desserts by Janice Wong.

A Landmark Edition

The 25th World Gourmet Festival marks several firsts in its history: the largest gathering of Michelin-starred chefs ever at the event, and the first time multiple World’s 50 Best restaurants will cook in Thailand in the same week. Panel talks and mentoring sessions will also support the next generation of Thai chefs.
