Sanam Luang (สนามหลวง) is the great field on Ratchadamnoen Road, Phra Borom Maha Ratchawang, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200. Bangkok’s Greener Bangkok page calls it one of the first public spaces in the city, and a place for important ceremonies as well as a historical site. It says the field has been a royal cremation ground, rice fields, a kite field, a golf course, and a flea market. The page places it in front of Wat Mahathat Yuwaratrangsarit, between the Grand Palace and the Front Palace.

It is open every day from 05:00 to 22:00, and the admission line says free. Walking, jogging, and cycling are listed. Buses named on the page are lines 1, 2, 3, 15, 25, 32, 47, 53, 59, 60, 65, 70, 80, 82, 91, 189, 503, 508, A4, and S1. The contact line on the park block is empty, so there is no telephone or email here. The English page of the same entry uses an odd web address, so the website field uses the Thai Greener Bangkok address, https://greener.bangkok.go.th/park/sanam-luang/. The bottom of the English page mixes in unrelated template text, and that text was not used.
