Bangkok Welcomes Return of “Fly 2 South Now Festival”

Get ready for a celebration of Southern Thai flair as the Fly 2 South Now Festival returns to Bangkok for its second year, promising three days of style, spice, and southern soul at ChangChui Creative Park on Sirindhorn Road. Running from Friday, July 4 to Sunday, July 6, the event opens daily from 16:00 to 22:00, and entry is completely free.
Following its debut success, this year’s edition brings back the charm with even more flair, starting with a spectacular outdoor fashion show on Friday at 19:30. The show will spotlight signature southern textiles through the work of six innovative designer labels: Clothear Vestiare, D’Arcy the Designs, Keziah, Spybrand, Yabulan, and Yayee. The runway will feature over 40 models, including well-known faces like Psi Scott, Lukkade and Skye Kingpayome, Dael Naruemol, Praewwanich Ruangthong, and Tia Taveepanichpan.
Beyond the catwalk, the festival brings a full immersion into Southern Thailand’s vibrant culture. From fiery regional dishes like kaeng lueng and khao yum to hard-to-find traditional desserts, visitors can savour the South’s bold and authentic flavors from top-rated Southern eateries.
Explore stalls brimming with artisanal crafts, handmade goods, and fashionable southern-inspired pieces, while enjoying a lineup of live performances, folk shows, and indie music by up-and-coming artists from the region.
Interactive craft workshops and exclusive travel deals to southern destinations add an extra layer of excitement, making this festival not just a cultural showcase but an experience to remember.
