Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Returns to Bangkok

Bangkok welcomes back the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale, the world’s largest English-language book fair, running from today until August 17 at IMPACT Forum Hall 4, Muang Thong Thani.
This year’s event offers over 2 million brand-new titles at discounts of up to 95%, spanning fiction, children’s literature, self-help, cookbooks, and more.
Founded in Malaysia in 2009, Big Bad Wolf Books has grown into a global literacy movement, visiting more than 50 cities across 17 countries. Since its debut in Thailand in 2016, it has sold over 10 million books locally.
Co-founder Jacqueline Ng says the fair is more than a sale; it’s about making books accessible and inspiring a love for reading. She explains that a single book can change a person’s outlook, adding that Big Bad Wolf Books is about allowing everyone, especially young readers, the opportunity to discover that magic.
The 2025 Bangkok edition introduces themed reading zones, family-friendly activities, and exclusive merchandise. Visitors can easily reach the venue via the Pink Line MRT (Muang Thong Thani Station).
