I would like to take some friends for visiting temples in Bangkok, but I want go to some that are not too much touristy. Someone have recommendations?

A personal favourite of mine is Wat Bowonniwet Vihara, in the Khao San Road area.

I can recommend Wat Kanlayanamit.
It is on the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya River. Not so many tourists are there, and it has one of biggest Buddha images in Thailand.
