Im wanting to know who pays the juristic fees? tenant or landlord?

I believe it's the responsibility of the owner to pay the juristic fees.

Yeah, the tenant usually doesn’t pay those juristic fees, but it’s a good idea to check the lease. You might see something like 'common fees'.

Yes, I believe that the juristic fees are something in the order of 25 to 150 baht per sq m.
