Photography enthusiasts and art lovers can experience diverse perspectives of Asia at Wandering Frames: Asia Beyond Siam, an international group photography exhibition taking place at Photohostel & Photocafe from September 5 to October 31, 2026.

The exhibition brings together photographers who have traveled throughout Asia, capturing the region through street and travel photography, portraits, documentary work, and visual storytelling. Their photographs explore the people, cultures, landscapes, roads, mountains, and everyday moments that make each journey unique.

Curated by Pavel V. Khon, Wandering Frames: Asia Beyond Siam features work by 25 photographers and is designed to bring emerging and established photographic voices to a wider audience, creating an opportunity for photographers to share their work, connect with one another, exchange ideas, and gain experience exhibiting their work publicly.

Photo Challenge and Exhibition Opening

The opening day will begin with a special photography event presented by Photo Concept. Participants will take part in a morning photo challenge in Talad Noi, followed by an editing session at Photohostel & Photocafe before heading into the exhibition opening at 2:00 PM.

The challenge will feature an unexpected model and an unconventional concept intended to encourage participants to see photography and their surroundings from a different perspective. Photographs will be submitted for public voting, with the winner announced on the same day.

The winning photographer will receive the opportunity to display one print as part of Wandering Frames: Asia Beyond Siam.

The exhibition will also feature a special birthday celebration for Pavel during the exhibition period, with support from BKK Collective.
