The Bangkok Illustration Fair (BKKIF) is back from October 23 to 26, 2025, at CentralWorld Pulse, showcasing artwork from 201 illustrators—including 132 Thai and 68 international artists from 16 countries.
Now recognized as Southeast Asia’s largest illustration event, BKKIF brings together emerging and established artists working across hand-drawn, digital, collage, and cartoon styles. The fair connects creators with galleries, publishers, brands, and other “reviewers” who help turn creative talent into professional opportunities.

Co-founders Vip Buraphadeja and Chonticha Homklinkaew emphasize that the event is about building a supportive community rather than growing in size. Vip expressed their pride in creating an “ecosystem” where artists are seen and can collaborate.
This year’s guest artists include:
- Noma (Korea) – known for dreamy, emotional portraits.
- Panatthorn “Skill” Fakthong – a five-year-old Thai prodigy.
- Pol Huiprasert – acclaimed concert production designer.
- Urban Sketchers Thailand – a group celebrating cityscapes through drawing.
- Whosming (Taipei) – famed for his travel-and-coffee-inspired art.
- The Duang – veteran Thai comic artist behind Gangster All Star.
Past participants say BKKIF has opened real doors—leading to book design jobs, solo exhibitions, and major brand collaborations. Reviewers like River City Bangkok and Avocado Books have invested in showcasing and hiring talent discovered at the fair.
Bangkok Illustration Fair 2025 runs Oct 23–26 at CentralWorld Pulse, 7th floor.
