The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched the Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges 2025 campaign, offering exclusive discounts, gifts, and travel experiences for international visitors. The initiative supports the government’s “Big Impact, Act Fast” policy to boost tourism spending and strengthen Thailand’s image as a global travel hub during the year-end high season.

The program runs from November to December 2025 as part of the Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year. It highlights Thailand’s “5 Must Do” travel experiences – Must Taste Thai cuisine, Must Try Muay Thai, Must Buy Thai fashion, Must Seek new destinations, and Must See cultural performances and festivals.

This year’s campaign features two main activities:

  • Nationwide Privilege Program: Over 300 hotels, restaurants, and travel businesses across Thailand are offering special discounts and perks to encourage spending and local economic growth.
  • Amazing Bag Lucky Gift Giveaway: Visitors can receive community-crafted souvenir bags inspired by the “5 Must Do” concept, along with a chance to win travel vouchers worth over THB 1 million.

International travelers can claim their Amazing Bags by presenting their passports at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, or Phuket international airports from November 1 to December 15, 2025. The project, supported by Airports of Thailand (AOT), aims to enhance the arrival experience and promote repeat visits.

According to the TAT’s Deputy Governor Nat Kruthasoot, the campaign is part of Thailand’s ongoing efforts to stimulate international travel and ensure tourism recovery meets its 2025 targets. The initiative is expected to generate at least THB 400 million in tourism revenue.

The government is also intensifying global promotions in key markets, including China, Japan, South Korea, India, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, with the goal of attracting 2–3 million Chinese visitors by year-end.
