Nature’s Charm Vegan Café, a short way up Sukhumvit 51 and just a few minutes’ walk from Thong Lor BTS Station, offers a fully plant-based cuisine. The light-filled eatery has a pleasant pink-and-green theme with inspirational vegan quotes, and upbeat music playing in the background. Among its tasty and creatively presented offerings are all-day breakfasts, appetisers, salads, mains and desserts. Worthy of note are the café’s vegan eggs and the much-praised Nature’s Charm Fish & Chips. Most of the seating is upstairs, reached via a metal spiral staircase, and there is enough room for four groups of four, in addition to three bar stools at a counter overlooking the street. Nature’s Charm Vegan Café feels like one of those places that has been hidden in plain sight, and you’ll be wondering why you hadn’t stumbled upon it before. In fact, your only challenge will be to resist overindulging in one (or three) of the sweet treats on display as you exit – red velvet cake, pecan fudge and their Magic Cookie Bar, to name a few of the tempting delights.
