In a secluded section of the beach, away from the livelier areas of Sai Kaew Beach and Ao Phai, Flow Beach Cafe is perfectly situated to offer a chill-out spot for some pre- or post-swim sustenance. Right on the sand, the café consists of a handful of simple wooden tables with parasols clustered around a rustic beach bar in the shade of the trees, with a Thai menu, vegetarian menu and smoothie-bowl menu to choose from. Besides the smoothie bowls, with plant-based or coconut milk as bases, vegans have the choice of a vegetarian wrap, pumpkin soup or vegetarian bowl, as well as some tofu versions on the Thai menu.
