Tucked into a leafy garden off Sukhumvit 39, Rasayana Retreat has been Bangkok’s go-to for detox, raw vegan food, and therapeutic massage since 2003. The name is Sanskrit for rejuvenation, and the moment you step past the gate and the traffic noise fades, you understand why.

Finding it 🌿

You’ll find it at 57 Soi Prom-mitr, just off Sukhumvit Soi 39. It’s about a 10-minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong, or 12 minutes from Thong Lo, and there’s parking on site. It’s open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., so plan for a morning or afternoon visit.

The garden sets the mood: an open-air café, private treatment rooms, and consultation spaces wrapped in greenery. Arrive a little early, order a fresh juice, and let the calm settle in before your treatment.

Why people come here

Rasayana was one of the first places in Thailand to offer colon hydrotherapy and raw food cuisine, and it still brings everything together under one roof. You’ll find colonics with certified therapists, full 90-minute lymphatic drainage massages, and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage. There are also detox and juice cleanse programs, far-infrared sauna, facials, and aromatherapy. The approach is gentle and personal, focused on how you eat and live rather than on quick fixes. The team is refreshingly honest about it, too: no miracles promised, just care and expertise.

The detox packages

Prices are clear and easy to compare, which makes choosing simple:

  • Half-Day Detox (3.5 hours, ฿6,400): far-infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage massage, a colon hydrotherapy session, and a raw “living foods” meal. It’s a good first detox or monthly reset.
  • One-Day Detox (5 hours, ฿8,500): sauna and salt scrub, a detox bath and castor oil pack, an aromatherapy massage, a colonic, and a drink and meal. It’s a lovely way to spend a weekend day.
  • 1-Week Detox (7 days, ฿21,500): five colonics through the week, plus a home kit of herbs, probiotic, bentonite, and psyllium.

You can book each package online. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor first.

Massage and facials 💆

The massage menu covers 60-minute Thai or foot massages from ฿1,050, plus Indian head, Chi Nei Tsang, lymphatic drainage, and more. Spa packages for pregnancy, sports recovery, jet lag, and detox start at ฿2,900, and a 90-minute natural facial is ฿1,800.

The raw vegan café 🥗

You don’t need a treatment to eat here, and many regulars come just for lunch. The café is fully vegan, with no meat, dairy, or eggs, and there are gluten-free options. Expect raw dishes, juices, smoothies, salads, and desserts, made with sprouts and wheatgrass grown on site. Walk-ins are welcome, and there’s food delivery too.

Room rental

Looking for a calm event space? There’s a garden-view meeting room for up to four people at ฿1,200 a day. There’s also a studio hall for up to 30 at ฿4,000 for a half day or ฿5,000 for a full day. Both suit workshops, seminars, and cooking demos.

Booking

Book treatments and detox programs ahead. Walk-ins are welcome when there’s space. Call 02 662 4803, or message 080 170 7886 on WhatsApp, or reach the team on LINE.

The verdict

Rasayana is perfect if you’re curious about cleansing, love raw food, or simply want a peaceful few hours near Phrom Phong. Even if you’re just after a healthy vegan lunch in a garden, it’s a delight. Go early, since everything wraps up at 6 p.m.
