I'm thinking about moving to Langsuan area in Bangkok. Anybody have experience with this place? Is it good area and convenient?

Langsuan is the Mayfair on the Thai Monopoly board. Nice area, but reflected in the accommodation prices.

It is really a good area, with many nice restaurants now they have The Portico. I have had dinner there quite often.

From what I remember, Langsuan Road is fairly long, so in terms of convenience (I assume you're thinking of public transport), I guess it depends how far up the road you are.

Dont forget Lumphini Park (at the top of Langsuan). My fave BKK park! Would luv to rent a place near there! Or own one! Haha!
