Someone have idea if in Bangkok have libraries where I can take books out?

Isn't there a library at the top of the Emporium?

@jeff Nuh, that closed down 2 or 3 years ago. I think the one right at the top of Central World is still open though.

There’s a delightful little library in Bang Rak called the Neilson Hays. I believe it’s won a UNESCO heritage award. Well worth a visit, in my opinion.

Ah yes, this is one of my favorite buildings. Also, there is a very good library in the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, near National Stadium.
