Pattaya is getting ready to stage its largest international jazz event ever, with the Pattaya International Jazz Festival 2025 set to take over the central Pattaya beachfront from December 12 to 13. The two-day festival is completely free to attend and aims to strengthen the city’s growing reputation as a world-class hub for live events and cultural tourism.

This year’s festival brings together top international talent under the theme Jazz Harmony with Nature, pairing live music with sunset beach views from 16:00 to midnight each day.

Major International Headliners

Two globally recognized acts will lead the lineup:

  • ALL-4-ONE – The Grammy-winning American R&B/pop group behind the timeless hit “I Swear,” with more than 22 million albums sold worldwide.
  • SHAKATAK – The legendary British jazz-funk band known for its smooth blend of jazz, disco, and funk — perfect for a lively beachside evening.

They’ll be joined by popular Thai performers, including B5, Tor Saksit, Bee Peerapat, and many others, offering a strong showcase of Thailand’s growing musical “soft power.”

A Festival with Royal Significance

This year’s event includes a deeper cultural element, honoring the Thai Royal Family — especially Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

The festival will feature:

  • “In the Eternal Heart” Zone – A special display highlighting the lifelong dedication of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and the Queen Mother, especially their work in environmental and social development.
  • Royal Compositions – Each evening will begin with a minute of silence, followed by performances of the late King Bhumibol’s beloved musical compositions by both Thai and international artists.

Sustainability at the Forefront

In line with the theme of nature and the Queen Mother’s long-standing focus on conservation, the festival will adopt strict eco-friendly practices. Organizers plan to use sustainable materials, encourage waste separation, and ensure that event set-up and tear-down leave no lasting waste on the beachfront.

More Than Music: A Full Pattaya Experience

Alongside world-class performances, visitors can enjoy the city’s famous food scene, nightlife, and cultural attractions. The festival is expected to draw both Thai and international travelers looking for meaningful, high-quality experiences during Thailand’s peak travel season.

Admission to all shows and exhibitions is free.
