Located in the basement of the Hibiya Chanter entertainment complex, CHAYA Natural & Wild Table Hibiya presents a menu free of animal meat, eggs, dairy, refined sugar, chemical seasonings and artificial colourings and sweeteners, with a focus on domestically grown and natural organic ingredients. The menu includes salmon and tuna dishes and soy-based vegan items, with organic brown rice and fermented brown rice as side options. CHAYA’s drinks menu features juices, superfood smoothies, Japanese and herbal tea, vegan coffee, mocktails, wine, beer and homemade specials. The restaurant also sells a large range of health products, such as health bars, almond milk and organic tea and coffee, and has a counter of take-out drinks, meals and desserts.
