Broccoli Revolution’s Central Embassy branch sits on the mall’s top floor in a vast open dining area of eateries. Patrons usually make a beeline for one of its four sofas, three of which look out on to Bangkok’s lively business district below, hence you often find them reserved. If you’ve been pipped to the sofa post, there are plenty of four-seater tables spread out throughout the dining space. Although customers are expected to place their orders at the counter, there are usually staff on duty to assist in bringing meals to tables, and you’ll be glad of the help with the carrying when you browse through the tempting menu of choices. The tofu scramble with carrot bacon is a dish definitely worth sampling, with the bacon-like taste of the carrot impressively like the real thing. Their signature quinoa charcoal burger, with deliciously creamy cashew cheese, makes for a more filling alternative if you order the sweet potato fries to go with it, for an extra THB 30.
Central Embassy has direct access to Phloen Chit BTS Station and is connected to Central Chidlom. Parking is available at the mall, with the first two hours free. The nearest toilets – well worth checking out just for their modern design and unusually open sixth-floor view – are on the far side of the restaurant.
