- Thonburi, Bangkok

Eligibility Criteria
The “บ้านเพื่อคนไทย” project targets individuals and families who meet the following criteria:
- Thai nationality
- Legal adulthood
- Monthly income not exceeding THB 50,000
- No prior ownership of residential property
- No previous participation in the “บ้านเพื่อคนไทย” program
This program aims to ensure equitable access to housing for first-time homebuyers and lower-income groups.
Housing Features
The housing units include condominiums and single-family homes, offering affordable yet high-quality living spaces. Key features include:
- Units starting at 30 square meters
- Monthly payments as low as THB 4,000 for up to 30 years
- No down payment required
- Residents receive 99-year occupancy rights upon completing payments
- Proximity to railway systems for convenient transportation
- Comprehensive utilities and amenities

Interested individuals can register for the program through the official website at www.บ้านเพื่อคนไทย.th. Registration involves submitting personal details and completing the lottery process. It’s important to note that:
- Confirmation via SMS does not guarantee housing rights.
- Applicants must finalize their registration with the Government Housing Bank and secure loan approval.
Upcoming Developments
Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra will review the project on January 17, 2025, ensuring its readiness for the public. Following this, over 5,000 units will be available for reservation through the official website on January 20, 2025.
