Hi. Having problems with the TDAC card. It says here https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home I need to submit it '3 days in advance' of the arrival date. Is that exactly 3 days in advance? Can it be earlier than that?

Hi, I'm planning to come to Thailand for a long/permanent stay and am looking at visa options at the moment. Been reading about the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV). would that be better than a tourist visa if Im not sure how long I'm going to spend in Thailand?
