What are prices doing now? A good time to invest, you think?

I have heard mixed reports. I heard that developers were lowering their prices, but it seems that prices have increased quite a lot now.

Yes, I think last time I looked into it, Bangkok condos were averaging THB 150 k per sq m.

If you're looking for something cheaper, you can find condos outside the city for around 100,000 per sq. m
