I don't have direct experience of this but I think there are some handy amenities there (supermarkets, cafés, gym, pools, etc), so that’s a definite plus.

Have heard its got a really nice vibe. The only downside is its a bit of a hike to the BTS, but if you don’t mind a bit of a walk, it could be a pretty good option.

I believe there’s a daily shuttle service which will take you as far as the nearest BTS station (On Nut?).

I think you’re gonna be looking at upwards of 20k/month for condos there.
