This place has been around for over 70 years, serving straight-up Thai-Chinese comfort food. My dad used to take me here when I was a kid, and back then, I didn’t really get why people were willing to sit on tiny stools, balancing plates on their laps just to eat here. Now I get it—the food slaps.
Their pork and beef curry are the real deal, but they also do killer green curry, braised eggs, stir-fried crab, bamboo shoots, and red wine chicken. It’s basically musical chairs with food—no tables, just seats, and a crowd of locals waiting their turn.
I haven’t been back in a while since I’ve gone vegetarian, but now I’m curious—do they have anything I can eat? If anyone’s been recently, hit me up! Otherwise, I might have to swing by and see for myself.
Low-key feel like this place is still underrated, considering it’s been here forever. If you want an authentic Thai-Chinese street food experience, this is it. Check out the pics and tell me—would you go? 😋
P.S. I guess I can't post the photos here but here is the attached photo of the place.

That place has tons of character! So Chinatown! Never eaten there myself but 'musical chairs with food' looks about right! lol
"Low-key" is totally the word! 😊 That place is legendary!
I pass that place every time I take a trip to Chinatown. I just thought they were all waiting for an overdue bus. lol
It is a so artistic place.
