Yeah, worth a trip, I’d say. As well as the market side of things, you’ve got boat trips there that can be fun. Only about 1.5 hours from Bangkok by car too.

I think you can also go there by train, but maybe you need to change trains. I have been to this floating market a few times already. The boat rides going through the market are very scenic, but remember to keep your hands inside the boat! Especially children should be told about this.

Also,pls make sure to only buy from stall where the price is written.Otherwise you don’t know what price they tell you that time.

Just a heads up to watch out for the folks with the exotic animals. They'll offer to pop one on your arm and take a photo, but once it’s there, you’ll suddenly be asked to cough up a few hundred baht for the pleasure!
